Cinnamon Roll Bars

These cinnamon roll bars are super delicious and are a great healthy desert!

 
 

Ingredients:

1 1/3 cup oats (blended into a flour)

4 Egg Whites

1/4 tsp baking powder

Cinnamon

4 tsp Coconut Oil- melted

1 tsp Honey

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

water (2 tsp for crust & 1.5 tsp for 0 calorie icing)

4 tsp coconut sugar

3 tbsp Erythritol or Zero cal sugar

Directions:

Step#1:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step#2:

Combine egg whites, oat flour, 2 tsp of the melted coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, baking powder, and a dash of cinnamon.

Step#3:

On a pan lined with parchment paper spread out the oat mixture to a 1/4 inch thick slab.

Step #4:

Combine the coconut sugar and 1.5 tsp cinnamon and mix well.

Step #5

Bake the crust for 7 minutes. Then cut the slab in half coating both halves with 1 tsp of coconut oil and the coconut sugar mixture.

Step #6:

Sandwich the two crust halves together and bake for another 15-20 minutes - or until the center cinnamon sugar mixture has melted.

Step #7:

Grind/ blend 4 tsp of erythritol and mix it with 1.5 tsp of water to make the icing

Step #8:

Drizzle the icing over the top of the crust. Then cut it into 6 slices.
