Healthy Imposters: Cinnamon Pop tart

What if I told you that you can make a healthier version of a cinnamon sugar pop tart?! This recipe is not only healthy, but requires only a few ingredients!!

Ingredients:

Dough:

1/3 cup (30g) Oat Flour

3 1/2 tbsp (52g) Vanilla Greek Yogurt

(I use oikos triple zero vanilla greek yogurt)

Filling:

1 1/2 (15g) 0 Cal Sweetener

1/4 tsp (1g) Cinnamon

1 tsp (2g) Sugar Free Maple Syrup (I use maple grove farms)

Icing:

1 tbsp (15g) Vanilla Greek Yogurt

1 tsp (2g) Sugar Free Maple syrup


Directions:

Step #1:

After preheating your oven to 350°F, combine the dough ingredients until you reach a nice dough that is not too sticky. You may alter the ratio of yogurt to oat flour if it is too sticky or too dry.

Step #2:

Roll the dough into to rectangles.

Step #3:

Top one side of the dough with the filling, leaving some room around the edge of the dough. Then place the second slice of dough over the bottom layer and seal it with a fork. Lastly, pierce the top with a fork or a toothpick,

Step #5:

Bake the pop tart at 350°F for 10 minutes or until it becomes golden brown.

Step #6:

Allow it to cool for a few minutes and top it with your icing.
